Start with the inquiry form.

You don’t need to have everything figured out — a destination, rough dates, budget + a sense of what you want from the trip is plenty.

If we’re looking at a more involved itinerary, we’ll hop on a quick call to talk through your travel style, priorities + what kind of support makes sense.

02 — SCOPE + START

I’ll recommend the right level of service and confirm the scope, planning fee + timeline upfront.

For hotel-only bookings, we can often move straight into rates + availability.

For trip planning, once the fee is paid, I get to work.

03 — RESEARCH + EDIT

This is the obsessive part.

I research, compare, reach out to partners + narrow the options into recommendations that make sense for you.

You won’t get a dump of everything I found. You’ll get the edit.

04 — REFINE + BOOK

We’ll review the recommendations together and refine where needed.

After discussing, I’ll handle the applicable bookings, supplier communication + confirmations.

05 — GET READY TO GO

Before departure, everything comes together in one place.

For planned itineraries, you’ll receive your final trip details + recommendations in a digital itinerary, along with anything you need to know before you leave.
